The 2009 Seattle 100 was great. The NephCure Foundation & 2-Fast were very appreciative of all the donations. Thank again.
In the morning when they introduced the big shots, they had open questions.
My question to Josh Hayes was this:
"Do you ever plan to race the TT?" his response was something like this "hell no, those guys are nuts!" (with great admiration and respect)
The tarck time was great because we got to mix it up with the AMA pros and local experts.
The day was about 85 degrees F. It was hotter than Hades as soon I would come back into the pits.
First three sessions were great. Just worked on my racing lines.
The pro "demo" was pretty cool. They bussed us down into the chicanes. Its good to be able to see how they take those turns. I always forget that T3 is actually banked a bit. That means I should be going faster thru there.
Turn 9 on lap 3, last session told me it was time for new tires. The rear tire wanted to lead.. I love my Bridgestones
The Finance Manager (Heidi) showed up at 11:00 to assist in the pits.
Jeff, I got a T shirt for your boy, might be a bit large. Auto graphed by Josh Hayes, Jake Holden, Elena Myers.
Thanks Heidi for keeping me cool!.
